InterioApp manages product options in two areas; Treatment Options and Template Options. Both are usually set up by your Manager or Admin only.
Treatment Options
Settings → Products → Products & Templates → Options → Treatment Type
Think of Treatment Options as your global pool of options for a specific treatment type; every option type and selection that is possible for a given product.
- Option Types that have been imported via API will show the supplier's name.
- Option Selections may be exported/imported, re-ordered, deleted, or hidden.
Template Options
Settings → Products → Products & Templates → My Templates → [Edit] → Options
Template Options are more specific; each template can have its own subset of options, selected from the Treatment Options list.
- Any changes made here will effect this individual Treatment Template only.
- Option Types may be re-ordered, set as Required, and Enabled/Disabled:
- Option Selections may be shown/hidden:
- If a new option selection is added to the global Treatment Option list, by default it will be hidden on any templates. Edit each template to show the new option as required.
