Organize products with collections and tags for efficient management.

Collections:

Creating Collections:

1. Library → Collections tab
2. Click 'Create Collection'
3. Enter name and description
4. Optionally link to vendor
5. Add items manually or via bulk actions

TWC Auto-Sync:

• Collections auto-created from TWC product descriptions
• E.g., 'Straight Drop - SKYE' creates 'SKYE' collection
• Maintains industry-standard library hierarchy

Using Collections:

• Filter library by collection
• Quick access to related products
• View item counts per collection

Tags:

Adding Tags:

• Edit any inventory item
• Add multiple tags in tags field
• Tags are comma-separated

Popular Tags:

• blockout, sheer, wide_width
• light_filtering, textured
• indoor, outdoor
• Custom tags for your needs

Tag Search:

• Search box includes tag matching
• Quick-select popular tags
• Filter by multiple tags

Bulk Actions:

• Select multiple items in grid
• Floating toolbar appears
• Create new collection from selection
• Add to existing collection
• Bulk add tags
