Fabric Management

Comprehensive fabric inventory with pricing and stock tracking.

Accessing Fabrics:
Library tab → Fabrics

Adding Fabrics:

1. Click '+ Add Fabric'
2. Enter details:
   • SKU/Product Code
   • Name and collection
   • Vendor (select from vendors list)
   • Color/pattern name
3. Specifications:
   • Width (137cm, 300cm, etc.)
   • Composition (polyester, linen, etc.)
   • Pattern repeat (vertical/horizontal)
   • Fabric orientation (vertical/horizontal)
   • Weight and fire rating
4. Pricing:
   • Cost price (what you pay)
   • Sell price (what you charge)
   • Price group assignment
   • Pricing method (per meter, per sqm, fixed)
5. Stock (if tracking enabled):
   • Current stock level
   • Reorder point
   • Low stock alerts

Collections & Tags:

• Organize fabrics into collections
• Add tags for filtering (blockout, sheer, wide_width)
• Bulk actions for organization
• Search by tags in quote builder

Vendor Linking:

• Link to formal vendor records
• Orphan suppliers show ⚠ warning
• Create vendor records for clean data

TWC Import:
For TWC-connected accounts:

• Auto-import fabrics from TWC catalog
• SKU-based categorization
• Price group assignment
• Collection organization
