Sharing Work Orders

Share work orders securely with workrooms, installers, or suppliers via unique public links.

Creating a Share Link:

1. Open project → Navigate to Workshop tab
2. Click 'Share' button in header
3. Configure share link:
   • Name (optional): e.g., 'For Curtain Maker'
   • Document Type: Work Order, Installation Sheet, Fitting Sheet
   • Orientation: Portrait (tall) or Landscape (wide)
   • Items: Select specific rooms/windows or all
4. Click 'Create Link' to generate secure URL
5. Copy and send to recipient

Item-Level Selection:

• Expand room groups to see individual windows
• Check/uncheck specific items
• Perfect for sending partial orders to different suppliers

Link Features:

• Secure token-based URLs (no login required)
• Real-time data updates visible to viewers
• Portrait or Landscape layouts
• Links work for anonymous and logged-in users

Managing Links:

• View all active links in Share panel
• Deactivate links when no longer needed
• Expired links stop working automatically
• Create multiple links for different recipients

Best Practices:

• Use descriptive names for each link
• Re-sync project data before creating links
• Deactivate links when job completes
• Review shared content before sending
