InterioApp uses a streamlined two-phase workflow:
Phase 1: QUOTE (Estimate/Proposal)
- Navigate to Jobs → New Project
- Select or create client
- Add Treatments:
- Select from treatment templates
- Enter window measurements (width × drop)
- Select Colour and Options
- Review and send:
- Preview professional PDF quote
- Email directly to client
- Track quote status
Visual Guide (or Movie):
Phase 2: CONVERT TO PROJECT
Once client approves:
- Change status to 'Approved'
- Enables production tracking
- Reserves inventory items
- Creates installation tasks
- Activates supplier ordering
Project Management:
- Track production status through stages
- Schedule installations
- Allocate materials from inventory
- Submit orders to suppliers (TWC, etc.)
- Generate work orders for workroom
- Mark complete and invoice
