Prepare
Depending on your supplier, their price grids may need to be edited to be ready for upload to InterioApp.
A supplier price grid may look something like this:
If you only have a PDF price list, request a spreadsheet from your supplier, or use AI or manual methods to migrate the data to a spreadsheet.
Copy the price grid into a blank Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet
- Select all cells from the supplier's price grid (including the width and drop headings), then copy and paste into a new spreadsheet. If the source contains formulae, you'll need to paste values only: Right click → Paste Special → Values; or Control+Shift+V.
Excel:
Google Sheets:
- Ensure that any commas are due to number formatting only. If a price is entered as text format (e.g. $1,234.00) , this will corrupt the CSV. Check this by selecting the cell, and viewing the value in the formula bar. It should be a number value, without any commas:
- Delete any blank rows or columns, and delete anything in cell A1.
- Row 1 should now be the width range values, and column A should be the drop range values:
Create CSV
Excel:
File → Save As → .csv
Google Sheets:
File → Download → .csv
