To view all Automatic Communications sent you first of all have to authorise who can view these:
Authorise Users to View
Order Entry > System Options > Users
Double click on a User Name and make sure the box 'Project Manager & Communication Center Administrative Rights' is ticked.
Click OK, and do the same for any other users that would need to view the Notifications sent list.
View List of Notifications Sent
- Order Entry > Mail
- Communications Sent
- Filter Status - All
- List of all completed Automatic Notifications sent
- The message that was contained in the Automatic Notification
