View Sent Automatic Notification Communications

To view all Automatic Communications sent you first of all have to authorise who can view these:

Authorise Users to View

Order Entry > System Options > Users

Double click on a User Name and make sure the box 'Project Manager & Communication Center Administrative Rights' is ticked.

Click OK, and do the same for any other users that would need to view the Notifications sent list.

View List of Notifications Sent 

1. Order Entry > Mail
2. Communications Sent
3. Filter Status - All
4. List of all completed Automatic Notifications sent
5. The message that was contained in the Automatic Notification
