RFMS Version Update Release Notes

Each page has a "Features" section and a "Defects" section. "Features" indicate additional features or enhancements to functionality. "Defects" indicate bugs that were fixed. Within each section are red module headings that list all the features/defects for that particular module. Patches within a minor version will be shown on the same page as the minor version. Each feature/defect will indicate the patch version number in which it was resolved. Some pages also have a "Schema Changes" section that details changes to the database schema.
