Job Status Configuration

Settings → Job Statuses

Customize your workflow stages:

Default Statuses:
Pre-configured workflow from Quote to Completed

Adding Custom Statuses:

1. Click 'Add Status'
2. Enter name and description
3. Select color
4. Set sort order
5. Configure properties:
   • Locked (prevent changes)
   • Progress Only (forward movement)
   • Triggers (automation)
     1. Send email on status change
     2. Create task
     3. Update inventory
     4. Notify team member
     5. Schedule follow-up
