Webhook Configuration

Configure incoming webhooks for external integrations.

Shopify Webhooks:
Automatically configured when Shopify connected:

• orders/create - New order notification
• orders/updated - Order changes
• products/update - Product changes
• customers/create - New customer

SendGrid Webhooks:
Setup via Settings → Integrations → SendGrid:

• Delivery events
• Open tracking
• Click tracking
• Bounce/spam reports

Custom Webhooks (Coming Soon):
Outgoing webhooks for your systems:

• client.created
• job.status_changed
• appointment.created
• inventory.low_stock

Security:

• HTTPS required
• Signature verification
• IP whitelisting option
