TWC

Full API integration for product import and order submission.

Setup:

1. Settings → Integrations → TWC
2. Enter API credentials:
   • API URL
   • Username
   • Password
3. Choose mode: Production or Testing
4. Save and test connection

Product Import:

• Import fabrics, headings, and options
• SKU-based categorization
• Collections auto-created
• Price groups assigned
• One-click import or sync

Automatic Organization:

• 700-820 SKU range → Awning Fabrics
• AWN-/AW- prefixes → Awning Fabrics
• Collection names parsed from descriptions
• Materials linked to templates

Order Submission:

1. Create and approve quote with TWC products
2. Job header → Supplier Ordering → TWC
3. Review auto-populated order:
   • Products and quantities
   • Measurements and specs
   • Color/material selections
4. Submit order via API
5. Confirmation email sent
6. Order tracked in project

URL Normalization:
The system automatically handles various URL formats:

• Ensures HTTPS
• Strips trailing slashes
• Removes duplicate path segments
• Appends correct API endpoint
