User Roles & Access

Role-based permission system controls access and capabilities.

Built-in Roles:

Owner (Full Control)
• Complete access to everything
• Only one per account
• Cannot be removed
• Billing and subscription management

Admin (Management)
• Nearly full access
• User management
• Cannot access billing
• Cannot delete account

Manager (Operations)
• Day-to-day operations
• Full project management
• View cost prices
• Team scheduling

Staff (Team Member)
• View and update jobs
• Client interactions
• Cannot see cost prices (by default)
• Limited settings access

System Owner (Super-Admin)
• Multi-account management
• System-wide settings
• Cross-account access
• For SaaS administrators

Role Hierarchy:
Owner > Admin > Manager > Staff
Higher roles can manage lower roles.
