Creating Appointments

Schedule consultations, measurements, installations, and follow-ups.

Creating Appointments:

1. Calendar → Click date/time or '+ New'
2. Enter details:
   • Type (consultation, measurement, installation)
   • Client (search or create new)
   • Date and time
   • Duration
   • Location (office, client address, video call)
   • Team members to assign
   • Notes and preparation items

Video Meetings:

• Select 'Video Call' location
• System generates Google Meet link
• Link included in confirmations
• One-click join from appointment

Reminders:

• Automatic email reminders
• 24 hours and 1 hour before
• SMS reminders (if Twilio configured)
• Client confirmation requests

Recurring Appointments:

• Daily, weekly, monthly patterns
• Set end date or occurrence count
• Edit series or single instance
