System Options allows you to customise how RFMS uniquely works for your company and for the various
employment roles within your company.
For instance, whatever your salesperson needs to access in RFMS would differ someone working in an administration role.
The Copy System Options function allows you to bulk copy one users’ User and Assigned options to other users in a few simple steps. Video or printed instructions below:
Go to Order Entry > Utilities > System Options > Admin System Options
Click on 'Copy System Options' on the administrator screen:
In the Copy From User Field use the down arrow to see user list and choose a user to copy from.
From the Copy To User List Tag all names using the multiple tag icon or click each user names you want to copy the options to. The list of the names will show on the bottom of the screen. Click Apply to complete the process.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: For the changed User System Options to take effect the user needs to log out and log back in to RFMS.
